We appreciate you may have some questions regarding the park or lodges, with this in mind we have prepared answers to some of the most frequently asked questions below.
How Much is the Pitch Fee?
Pitch fees in 2024 are £3,300
When do I pay the Pitch Fee?
Bills for Pitch fees will be issued on the 30th September each year. Payment is due by 1st January.
What other costs apply?
Insurance – according to reinstatement value.
Gas – metered to each holiday home individually.
Electricity – metered to each holiday home individually
What warranty is there on the Holiday Home?
Full Manufacturer Warranty
How long is the park open each year?
The park is open 12 months a year for holiday and recreational use however it is not a residential park so it is not permitted to use your lodge as your main residence.
Is there adequate security?
Yes- there are fully operational electric gates, cctv and 24hr security.
Are dogs allowed on the Park?
Yes – but they must be kept on a lead or exercised in our designated dog walk area.
How much does it cost to fish the lake or to play golf, bowls etc?
On site facilities are free to Holiday Home Owners.
Can I visit my holiday home all year round?
Yes indeed, you are more than welcome to visit your lodge at anytime throughout the year. The park is open 12 months a year for holiday and recreational use however it is not a residential park so it is not permitted to use your lodge as your main residence.
