We appreciate you may have some questions regarding the park or lodges, with this in mind we have prepared answers to some of the most frequently asked questions below.

How much are the local rates, levied by the council?

Local rates are included in the ground rent for 2018.

How Much is the Pitch Fee?

2018 Pitch Fee will be £2,495.00

When do I pay the Pitch Fee?

Bills for Pitch fees will be issued on the 30th September each year.  Payment is due by 1st January.

What other costs apply?

Insurance – according to reinstatement value.

Gas – metered to each holiday home individually.

Electricity – metered to each holiday home individually

What warranty is there on the Holiday Home?

10 year Diamond & Goldshield Structural Warranty.

35 year Warranty on the Metrotile Roof.

How long is the park open each year?

The park is open 12 months a year.

Is there adequate security?

Yes- there are fully operational electric gates, cctv and 24hr security.

Do I need a permanent address for post etc?

Yes – but it may be redirected if you are on extended holiday.

Are dogs allowed on the Park?

Yes – but they must be kept on a lead or exercised in our designated dog walk area.

How much does it cost to fish the lake or to play golf, bowls etc?

On site facilities are free to Holiday Home Owners.

Can I visit my holiday home all year round?

Yes indeed, you are more than welcome to visit your lodge at anytime throughout the year.
