When choosing his home he was torn between the Grand Symphony and Bella Vista Shaun being a young professional, needed practicalities to suit his lifestyle. A visit to the Prestige Showground were the next steps to make the decision and after stepping through the doors of the Grand Symphony he knew straight away that this home was for him.
The Grand Symphony comes standard with Stucco and feature cladding. As this was not in keeping with the Woodward Lakes park surroundings, the exterior was fitted with a Thermowood Scandinavian log lap in mid oak, completely transforming the residential park home, giving it a holiday lodge feel and look.
One of the key advantages of our homes is the ability to tailor it to your taste. Of course, sometimes the exterior is dictated by many parks for planning purposes, but the interior can be chosen by you. It’s a good idea to have in mind what you like before visiting Prestige’s showground.
It’s difficult to know where to start with so much choice available. A Professional interior designer curates Prestige’s homes, so the hard work is done for you. Many customers want to put their stamp on their home, and to help customers they can take virtual tours on every home that we have to offer, which makes a good starting point.
Having that time to choose your interior and design is an integral part of the process. Shaun went for optional extras and replaced the lounge windows for French doors, so he could get the most of the lake view. He also added extras like the automated Velux windows in the dining room and study to give extra light.
